82 Park Street
W1K 6NHLondon

This exhibition highlights Alexander Lindsay's recent body of work, created around the Scottish Highlands, the Outer Hebrides and St Kilda between 2020 and 2022. During the pandemic, Lindsay focussed his attention on the majestic wilderness of his homeland, seeking a visceral immersion within this landscape - where form and light is in constant, dramatic flux.

At the heart of Lindsay's landscape work is his desire to document it faithfully and reverently. The finished images are endlessly arresting. They stop us in our tracks, dimming the cacophony of our modern lives, transporting us to the enthralling frontiers of our majestic and diminishing natural world. It is a sensory experience, a fresh and vicarious thrill that fuses classical landscape depiction with the very best of epic cinematic composition. These photographs are the latest expression of Lindsay's life journey as a photographer, documentary filmmaker, deep-ocean explorer and artist.
